Self Cleaning Filters
We are able to provide Self Cleaning Cartridge Filter Unit with automatic pulse-cleaning sequence have been developed to equip turbo-machinery exposed to high dust concentrations in dry climates: sandstorm, seasonal dust such as harmattan.
Our Jet-Pulse filters are designed to meet the expectations of power plant operators in very difficult environments. The system requires little maintenance because it is self- cleaning: a reverse pulse of air back through the filters knocks off accumulated dirt, dust, larger particulate, and even frost filter elements provide high-efficiency barrier filtration against dust, pollen, dirt and other airborne particulate.
We specialize in the design and manufacture of self cleaning filter units equipped with replacement filter elements and custom filter elements for a wide variety of industries. This unit is supplied with structural skid, filter cartridges, manifold, instruments, control system and panel. We also fabricate skid assemblies along with customized interconnecting piping and assemblies.

FILTER STRUCTURE
We have knowledge and experience for design and manufacture of high quality process filtration units equipped with filtration chambers consisting the replacement filter elements. All items is installed on main structure including walkways and access ladders.
PULSE CLEANING SYSTEM
The pulse cleaning consists of header manifolds, internal piping and nozzles to divide compressed air supply to each filter station by numbers of solenoid valves. The frequency of the cleaning procedure depends on type of dust-concentration in the dust air.
FILER CARTRIDGES
Filter Cartridges are considered as heart of any filtration system. They are installed inside the filter box housing and used to remove the dusts, contaminant and small particles from the air.
PLC
Our self cleaning units will be supplied with timer sequencer or PLC based control panel designed to control the package with defined logic (Programmable Pulse cleaning system.
AIR INJECTION
A reverse pulse of air is injected through the filters knocks off accumulated dirt, dust, larger particulate, and even frost filter elements.
Assembly & Commissioning

- Trial Assembly at workshop before painting
- Factory Acceptance Test for PLC
- Power on checking for instruments
